Job Summary

Koniag IT Services LLC a Koniag Government Services companyis seeking a Budget Analyst with a Top-Secret security clearance to support our government customer at the Pentagon Arlington VA. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to evaluate financial data prepare budget reports and assist the USW(R&E) allocate resources effectively. They will work closely with CDAO leadership to develop budgets monitor spending and ensure financial goals are Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Works with program and project managers to develop the organizations program managers of the status of project expenses versus its program managers via reports the status of availability of program managers by supporting information and the relevant needed administrative and analytical duties in the formulation presentation and execution of the organization the execution of the administrative portion of the approved operating budget to ensure funds are properly allocated and are being obligated and spent in a timely and effective budget controls and conducts studies of work processes functions and procedures to improve as the functional point of contact for day to day budget/financial budget formulation work involving review and preparation of budget estimates and financial advice assistance and guidance on budgeting and related information and conducts analyses reviews and special studies of budget and/or related other team members in other specialties as needed to accomplish the overall missionRequired Qualifications:3 years related Degree required in a relevant field. Must be familiar with DoD/DISA Budget have experience using automated DoD/DISA accounting motivated professional and capable of managing demanding workload while prioritizing and managing competing excellent communication skills a high level of integrity critical thinking and leadership courage. Strong organizational management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to develop solutions in new and creative MS Excel skills; proficient in all other Microsoft Office Suite application to organize and manage large amounts of data files tasks schedules and to work independently on projects from conception to in a fast paced/dynamic Requirement:Top Secret-level security clearance (must hold clearance at time of hire)Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
