The Brokerage Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Capital Markets team through the full lifecycle of investment sales transactions. This position is responsible for coordinating strategic marketing initiatives managing transaction deliverables and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a blend of professional polish market awareness and operational excellenceserving as a key liaison between clients brokers and internal teams while maintaining a detailed understanding of each transactions stage and status.Job Description
- Serve as a direct point of contact in coordinating client deliverables and communications ensuring materials and messaging are tailored to client needs and expectations.
- Act as a client liaison throughout the transaction process maintaining proactive and responsive communication to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with brokers leadership and internal teamsincluding marketing and researchto produce high-quality data-driven client-facing deliverables such as Offering Memorandums presentations proposals and other marketing materials.
- Maintain and proactively manage a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities helping to drive relationship-building initiatives and support outreach strategies.
- Track and monitor the full deal cycle maintaining a comprehensive understanding of transaction status key milestones deliverables and deadlines across multiple assignments.
- Prepare and manage transaction documentation such as confidentiality agreements contracts and closing materials.
- Oversee the day-to-day flow of transaction activities and timelines ensuring deliverables are executed efficiently and communicated clearly to all parties.
- Collaborate closely with financial analysts marketing and research teams to package and present financial analyses and underwriting assumptions in a client-ready format.
- Run market surveys and compile space/building options for client presentations. OK
- Support team operations including travel planning expense management and client event coordination as needed.
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy for pipeline reporting and client tracking.
- Coordinate client meetings internal planning sessions and key milestonesincluding agendas follow-ups and action items.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or related field.
- 46 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets or a related business environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and InDesign
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
