Location: Candidates MUST reside in California - preferably Los Angeles County Sacramento or the East Bay.

Role Scope: The Broker Relations Manager owns Habitat Healths relationship with Field Marketing Organizations (FMO) and brokers. The Broker Relations Manager services as the primary point of contact for brokers and is responsible for the full broker relationship from onboarding and training to ongoing support. Additionally the Broker Relations Manager ensures that contracted agents understand the PACE model accurately represent the program and follow all regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role

  • Develop and execute the broker channel strategy to meet referral and enrollment goals.
  • Recruit Medicare agents brokers agencies and field marketing organizations (FMO) within Habitat Healths service areas.
  • Own the full broker lifecycle outreach ongoing support and renewal.
  • Build Productive relationships with broker partners through regular communication field visits presentations and events.
  • Educate brokers on PACE eligibility covered services service areas referral procedures and enrollment timelines.
  • Coordinate required training including PACE education compliance expectations marketing guidelines and annual recertification.
  • Ensure brokers use only approved materials and communicate accurate compliant information about PACE.
  • Partners with compliance legal operations marketing enrollment and training teams to maintain channel standards.

Track referrals from submission through enrollment and resolve barriers along the way

  • Monitor evaluate and report broker performance market trends and growth opportunities to Growth leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting contracting onboarding training and managing insurance agents and Field Marketing Organization (FMO)
  • Bachelors degree in business healthcare administration marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of relevant experience such as in health care delivery at a high-growth startup operations or program management or consulting for health care payers & providers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across functions and locations.
  • Travel required to Habitat PACE centers community and broker events - up to 50% between NorCal and SoCal
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with community and referral partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills; high EQ.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $121000 - $146000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation as applicable. The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidates qualifications skills experience education certifications geographical location and business addition this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance; paid parental leave short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings plan that includes a match; paid time off; and company paid holidays.
