Bridge Project Manager Allentown, PA 131, 000 170, 000

Location: Allentown PA (On-site)

Compensation: Approximately $131000 - $170000 base salary (depending on experience) plus bonus eligibility

Employment: Full-time permanent (direct hire) at a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) firm

A growing employee-owned civil and transportation engineering firm is hiring a Bridge Project Manager to lead a team of engineers and deliver bridge and structural projects from concept through completion.

What Youll Own

- Manage bridge and structural projects to scope schedule and budget

- Guide planning define scope and develop project management and quality management plans

- Create and maintain schedules identify and mitigate risks and manage subconsultants

- Prepare progress reports review invoices and communicate status to stakeholders

- Lead project status presentations and support proposals and Go/No-Go decisions

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor the project team

What Youll Bring

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field) from an ABET-accredited program

- 10 years of engineering and project management experience

- Strong project management skills across scope schedule budget and risk

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or applicable certification (preferred not required)

- Experience with county and state clients (such as DOTs and local agencies)

- Experience with multiple delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build Design-Build P3)

- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
