Garg supports state and local transportation agencies with high-quality engineering services on complex public infrastructure programs.

The Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Leader is responsible for performing NBIS-compliant bridge inspections across Connecticut Rhode Island and New York. This role includes assisting inspection teams and preparing inspection reports to ensure compliance with FHWA standards.

• Assist bridge inspection teams on DOT projects.
• Perform NBIS-compliant bridge inspections.
• Prepare bridge inspection reports.
• Analyze structural conditions and inspection findings.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering
• E.I.T. required
• 2 years of bridge inspection experience
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future employer sponsorship.

• PE license
• FHWA NHI Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges certification

• Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Bentley MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
• Bridge inspection reporting and documentation systems
