Brewery Warehouse Lead

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However its an experience best shared with friends both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region whether theyre at home in their favorite bar or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

What youll be doing:

Were looking for a dedicated individual to join our brew team! The Brewery Lead supports all beer production processes and contributes to RBCs goals to promote and provide exceptional brews that differentiate the companys brands. Essential functions include:

• coordinate distribution shipments
• fulfill internal and external orders
• monitor inventory
• maintain cleanliness and manufacturing best practices
• provide brewer support and cellar work
• packaging during production runs

This is a full-time on-site position. Regular business hours Monday through Friday with the occasional evening/weekend as operations dictate.

What youll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Experience or willingness to train to operate a forklift
• Demonstrated experience as brewing support
• Flexibility
• Team-focused attitude patient and takes care with product and machinery
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
