The Opportunity

The incoming surgeon will join an established surgical practice with experienced clinical and administrative infrastructure strong referral relationships and a collaborative physician environment.

The position offers the opportunity to develop a practice centered on breast surgery while also maintaining a general surgery component based on the surgeons interests and the needs of the practice.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled patient-centered surgeon with experience managing both benign and malignant breast disease. We are seeking a physician who values continuity of care strong relationships with referring physicians and long-term practice growth.

Candidate Profile

Qualified candidates should:

1. Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
2. Have a strong interest and demonstrated experience in Breast Surgery
3. Be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
4. Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills
5. Have a strong commitment to compassionate patient-centered care
6. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Be comfortable managing benign and malignant breast disease
8. Be interested in developing referral relationships and growing a successful surgical practice
9. Value collaboration professionalism and long-term practice development

Breast surgery experience is strongly preferred. Fellowship training in breast surgical oncology is welcomed but not required for the right candidate.
