Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities range from but are not limited to the following:
- Cleaning food preparation areas cooking surfaces and utensils.
- Cooking multiple customer orders at one time.
- Maintaining sanitation health and safety standards in work area.
- Assisting with the cleaning sanitation and organization of the kitchen kitchen equipment walk-in coolers and freezers and all storage areas.
- Washing cutting and prepping food items for actual or anticipated orders.
- Measuring ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
- Mixing ingredients.
- Operating large volume cooking equipment such as mixers slicers ovens grills deep fat fryers and/or griddles.
- Reading food order tickets or receiving verbal instructions as to food required by patron and preparing food accordingly.
- Verifying that prepared food meets requirements for quality presentation and quantity.
- Cleaning stocking and restocking workstations.
- Following recipes.
- Creating nightly specials and advertising them
- Additional duties responsibilities and special projects as directed by management.
Paid $13-$14 hourly
Shift starts at 5am.
