We are hiring for a Full-Time Breakfast Cook to prepare and serve breakfast maintain the buffet and deliver excellent guest service. This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
• Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee muffins bagels cereals and fruit
• Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills wipe tables and stock supplies
• Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations
• Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean organized and safe condition
• Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
• Represent MCHG positively in the community

Qualifications

• Friendly service-oriented and dependable
• Prior experience in food service hospitality or guest services preferred but not required
• Ability to follow safety cleanliness and food handling standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
• Able to work mornings weekends and holidays
