The Bistro/Catering Associate at a Courtyard by Marriott is responsible for combining roles in food service customer interaction and event support.
This role involves serving guests in our hotel restaurant providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The position demands professionalism flexibility in scheduling and the ability to enhance guest experiences through attentive service and up selling.

Employment Type: Full Time 5 days per week (2535 hours per week)
Pay: $15.00/hr tips and service charges during events
Work Schedule:Required to work weekdays weekends and holidays
- Weekdays: 6:00 AM11:00 AM (with occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events)
- Weekends: 6:30 AM12:00 PM (with occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events)

- Following proper food safety
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Training provided but familiarity with TOAST POS systems and food service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
