Who Were Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a related field and relevant experience related to area of assignment is
required; and/or 3-5 years of storytelling brand management experience and digital
marketing.
- Exceptional written verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Proficient in all social media platforms with knowledge of/and analyzing of recent trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of relevant federal state and local laws as pertain to public education media
and communication
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a wide range of audiences in diverse
situations through a variety of media
- Proficiency with various technology systems used for analysis reporting and data
collections (i.e. Google Analytics Sprout Social Meta Business Suite and other social media
management systems)
- State of Arizona Identity Verified (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card

About the Role:
The Brand Storyteller will be a brand ambassador that brings excellent storytelling and communication
skills along with the capacity to influence engagement both internally and externally. This individual will
maintain a successful brand and image that attracts new parents employees and retains current
employees and families in our district. This individual will also create develop execute and analyze
content and digital marketing campaigns on a variety of mediums.

different to our approach - someone who is going to help us take our branding and outreach to a whole
new level.

Why the Role exists:
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Create stories that are used to communicate the brands values history and mission in order to
connect with all stakeholders through various mediums (print digital video)
- Communicate with Tempe Elementary stakeholders for the purpose of informing and/or
presenting information through various mediums (e.g. assisting with developing electronic and
printed publications assisting with web development writing content e-mails assisting with
designing and enhancing web pages social media assisting with creating videos taking
photographs creating blogs etc.)
- Develop and analyze social media and website engagement
- Manage social media KPIs and Google Analytics reporting
- Engage with customers on social media and other interactive platforms with professionalism and
integrity
- Assist with managing writing and executing outbound campaigns of paid and organic digital
prospect strategies including search social optimization efforts and campaign analysis to meet
and/or exceed campaign goals
- Collaborate with schools and Enterprises to ensure brand consistency and uniformity of visual
assets across all communications platforms
- Build and cultivate relationships with faculty students and staff to encourage and share
community made marketing content
- Promote a positive image of the District by participating in district promotional events within the
community and at Tempe Elementary schools and facilities
- Other duties as assigned
