Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing VP we are hiring a Brand Manager - eCommerce and Brand Building who is responsible for leading the holistic strategy for a defined pet nutrition portfolio. In this highly visible role you will act as a strategic growth accelerator managing the business end-to-end leading a core brand segment holistically or pioneering white-space expansion through innovative new business development. You will accelerate brand market share and category growth across all channels with a specialized focus on pure-play and omnichannel retail partners. What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree required; business marketing analytics economics or a related field is preferred.
  • 510 years of experience spanning Brand Management eCommerce Sales and Digital Marketing with a proven track record of driving brand equity and growing digital market share.
  • Strong understanding of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry dynamics holistic brand building and retail execution across both pure-play and omnichannel environments.
  • Strong financial acumen negotiation skills and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate consumer and shopper data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication executive presentation and relationship management skills.

What will be your key responsibilities

  • Own and grow a designated portfolio delivering on share revenue and profit objectives by managing the business end-to-end across the full marketing mix (Product Price Place and Promotion).
  • Partner closely with Brand Directors and the Connected Commerce VP to develop and execute a cohesive growth strategy that builds brand equity while accelerating eCommerce performance.
  • Lead comprehensive digital-first demand generation strategies that drive brand awareness traffic conversion recruitment and household penetration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pioneer white-space innovation opportunities including new products platforms and eCommerce-centric offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Omni Activation Managers Shopper Activation Managers and the Marketing Operations team to build and execute integrated brand campaigns and omnichannel activations.
  • Translate holistic consumer insights eCommerce shopper behavior and market trends into actionable brand growth strategies.
  • Track portfolio performance optimize marketing investments and continuously improve both brand positioning and eCommerce execution to maximize overall business results.
