Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day national operations for all work with Alliance Partners including service and special projects. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to maintain favorable relationships and identify areas of need.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Supports and manages daily activities of the department
Monitors ongoing issues and assesses needs of our customers
Coordinates schedules and monitors work closely as assigned
Continuously looks to improve partnerships and relationships in areas most needed
Visits jobsites and customer locations to ensure quality
Works to build and develop coordinating employees
Successfully balances the needs of our customers while meeting companys financial objectives
Requires a Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 3 years managerial experience
Requires ability to travel 15%
Service Industry Experience Preferred HVAC knowledge strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills attention to detail
Expert in coordinating and prioritizing resources between multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Advanced aptitude in problem solving.
Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $60000 - $75000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individuals tenure performance skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
