Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the Community: Be the face of INB in your area building relationships with businesses organizations and community members.
- Inspire Your Team: Recruit coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve branch goals.
- Drive Growth: Expand customer relationships grow deposits and promote INBs innovative products.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations compliance and a welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- A natural leader with strong community connections.
- Experience in banking sales leadership or financial center management (5 years preferred).
- Strong communication and coaching skills - you enjoy helping people grow.
- Business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration (SAFE Act requirement).

Language Skills
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully an individual must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs with an ability to quickly learn other bank related programs.

Salary: $60000-$66000 base salary incentive opportunity
The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
