Job Description

NOTE: This is a Monday - Friday position with the need for weekend and evening hours in the busier season(s) depending on the needs of the business though we do strive as an organization for balance.

Your Responsibilities

We have an opening for a Branch Manager to join our team and enhance our this role you will safely lead and manage the assigned branch including supervision of all employees.

  • Takes pride in a people-first mindset.

  • Responsibility for inventory AND product management entailing invaluable quality control - this is essential.

  • Carry out responsibility in a time and safety sensitive production environment; this is extremely fast paced.

  • First-class Customer Service to build relationships and retain current customers.

  • Ability to display the highest level of leadership professionalism and integrity at all times.

  • Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality safety cost and service.

  • Ensure timely and effective action is taken on all sales lead opportunities.

  • Ensure all safety regulatory policies and procedures are always implemented and maintained to create a secure and compliant work environment.

  • Will navigate an ERP system read and understand reports providing feedback and direction.

  • Leverage your masterful skillset for time management.

  • Ability to develop employees into the next generation leaders.

  • Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • In-depth experience with budgets and P&L adjusting and pivoting along the lines of said budgets and overall financial management.

  • Managing all employees including exempt non-exempt and nonunion etc.

  • Leverage sales acumen to oversee and work to bolster sales team during their sales process and once a sales has been made. (CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT IS PARAMOUNT)

  • Any other duty task or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.

  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes a valid drivers license is required.

  • Prior roles in a Supervisory or Management position.

  • Knowledgeable in the construction or distribution industry.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Experienced with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.

Education

  • College degree preferred or equivalent job experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions including bending stooping pushing and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination hand dexterity and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

$75000.00 - $150000.00
