Quinn Company is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Lancaster operation.

This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys being close to the business leading people working with customers driving sales and product support performance and taking ownership of branch results.

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $115000 to $165000

• Lead develop mentor and retain a high-performing team
• Manage branch P&L and overall business performance
• Build strong relationships with key customers in the territory
• Drive sales product support market share and growth
• Partner across the organization to maximize branch results
• Coach and mentor sales employees in the field
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and execution
• Serve as the local company leader for the Lancaster territory

• An understanding of product support/service operations
• The ability to motivate coach and develop employees
• At least 5 years of related industry experience
• A track record of delivering results
