Key Responsibilities:

Lead coach and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals

Deliver outstanding member service while identifying opportunities to expand relationships

Support financial wellness initiatives through coaching education and member engagement

Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Monitor performance prepare reports and communicate results to leadership

Resolve member and operational issues effectively and professionally

Promote credit union products services and community engagement initiatives

Must comply with all company policies and procedures applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act the Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

What Were Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in banking credit union or financial services

Strong coaching and team development skills

Experience managing branch operations and driving performance metrics

Ability to build relationships with members and the community

Knowledge of consumer lending and financial products/services

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Consistently meet or exceed branch sales and service goals

Build a strong engaged team through coaching development and accountability

Create a positive member experience that drives satisfaction and retention

Maintain efficient compliant branch operations with minimal errors or losses

Successfully implement promotions and product initiatives at the branch level

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of similar or related experience

EDUCATION: (1) A two-year college degree or (2) a completion of a specialized certification or licensing or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
