Equitable is looking for a dynamicBranch Controls Coordinator to join our team! This position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site per week at our Los Angeles CA Irvine CA Woodland Hills CA Portland OR offices.

What Youll Be Doing

• Provide administrative support to Controls and supervision leadership and team members.

• Schedule meetings maintain calendars and coordinate logistics for compliance reviews audits and training sessions.

• Maintain departmental files records and documentation in accordance with record retention requirements.

• Track compliance activities action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

• Perform data entry validation and quality checks for compliance-related records.

The base salary range for this position is$60000 - $75000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
