• Manage timecards payroll deductions and company policy communication
• Coordinate uniforms office supplies and branch needs
• Process purchase orders and support billing
• Keep contracts and customer records accurate and up to date
• Serve as the go-to for branch tech support and deadline tracking
• Contribute to internal meetings and keep operations running smoothly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Teams) and Windows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive can-do attitude
