Job Description:
- Business Process Management and Process Architecture professional with 7 years of experience in business process analysis process optimization workflow management and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering stakeholder management business process modeling workflow methodologies and end-to-end process design across Sales Operations Finance HR and Supply Chain functions.
- Skilled in conducting detailed business analysis documenting functional requirements creating application specifications identifying business pain points and delivering scalable and sustainable process solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers architects QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications and automation initiatives.
- Strong experience in scoping planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles across multiple release cycles.
- Expertise in solution design Pega Guardrails process governance scalability planning and sustainable application development best practices.
- Hands-on experience developing detailed process maps and workflow documentation using Visio Signavio ARIS and similar BPM tools.
- Skilled in facilitating process workshops discovery sessions stakeholder discussions and bridging communication between business and IT teams for system implementation and digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies process optimization bottleneck analysis risk assessment workflow tools AI-enabled solutions and automation opportunities.
