Must Haves

• 8-10 years of Solution Architecture experience in banking or financial services
• Strong experience with BPM platforms Appian preferred and process automation
• Experience designing end to end workflows across multiple systems orchestration approvals lifecycle exceptions
• Strong background in architecture and scalable platform design Security integration data cloud etc
• Experience with API led integrations distributed systems and multisystem environments
• Knowledge of wealth investment banking or digital banking workflows trades servicing approvals
• Understanding of regulatory PII and access control requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to challenge requirements and drive decisions

Nice to Haves

• Deep Appian expertise certifications
• Experience with Tier 1 banks or largescale transformation programs
• Experience in modernizing legacy platforms and workflows
• Exposure to process optimization workflow analytics or SLAKPI tracking
• Experience with document workflows eSign approvals audit trails
• Familiarity with cloud on prem hybrid architectures

Day to Day

• Design and deliver BPM Appian solutions for banking workflows trades servicing lifecycle
• Define end to end process architecture and integrations across enterprise systems
• Evaluate current processes identify inefficiencies and drive platform level improvements
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable compliant solutions
• Lead architecture decisions ensure governance ARBSDLC alignment and guide delivery teams
• Define KPIs cycle time SLA exceptions and drive continuous process improvement
• Act as a BPM thought leader shaping platform strategy and mentoring teams
