BPM Architect Appian Banking

Must Haves

8-10 years of Solution Architecture experience in banking or financial services

Strong experience with BPM platforms Appian preferred and process automation

Experience designing endtoend workflows across multiple systems orchestration approvals lifecycle exceptions

Strong background in architecture and scalable platform design Security integration data cloud etc

Experience with APIled integrations distributed systems and multisystem environments

Knowledge of wealth investment banking or digital banking workflows trades servicing approvals

Understanding of regulatory PII and access control requirements

Strong communication skills and ability to challenge requirements and drive decisions

Nice to Haves

Deep Appian expertise certifications

Experience with Tier 1 banks or largescale transformation programs

Experience in modernizing legacy platforms and workflows

Exposure to process optimization workflow analytics or SLAKPI tracking

Experience with document workflows eSign approvals audit trails

Familiarity with cloud onprem hybrid architectures

Day to Day

Design and deliver BPMAppian solutions for banking workflows trades servicing lifecycle

Define endtoend process architecture and integrations across enterprise systems

Evaluate current processes identify inefficiencies and drive platformlevel improvements

Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable compliant solutions

Lead architecture decisions ensure governance ARBSDLC alignment and guide delivery teams

Define KPIs cycle time SLA exceptions and drive continuous process improvement

Act as a BPM thought leader shaping platform strategy and mentoring teams
