Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Coach

The Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Coach is responsible for maintaining a focus on the teams development and continuous improvement throughout the season by directing student athletes at practice during transportation at other schools or other locations. The coach is a primary role model of coaching for our staff parents community and students and promotes and projects leadership qualities for all student-athletes.

Reports to the High School Athletic Director and Varsity Basketball Coach

Follows sports program as set by varsity coach

Knowledge of coaching basketball

Must be at least 18 years of age and a High School graduate

Three (3) or more years coaching experience preferred

Knowledge of strength and conditioning

Quality communication skills

Basic knowledge of first aid

Compensation to be paid per DEA Contract Schedule B

Seasonal assignment
