SUMMARY: The Box Maker is responsible for preparing boxes for orders by supplying boxes with plastic liners or CVP bags when instructed. Must keep box conveyor/table full and keep adequate supply of prepared boxes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate with supervisor at the beginning of shift to obtain size or type of boxes needed to fill orders.
- Assemble boxes as instructed.
- Place completed box on conveyor belt or table as requested.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required
- None
- Preferred
- Previous poultry processing experience
