As Studio Manager youll:

• Lead coach and inspire a high performing team.

• Drive membership sales and coach your team to confidently convert prospects into lifelong members.

• Monitor studio performance and key business metrics to achieve growth goals.

• Develop and retain exceptional talent.

• Deliver an outstanding experience for every member from their first visit to their hundredth class.

• Build partnerships and relationships throughout the local community to grow brand awareness.

• Ensure daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards.

• Solve challenges with confidence positivity and a solutions first mindset.

• Celebrate wins coach through the choas and continually raise the standard for your team.

• You naturally make people feel welcome.
