The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities managing customer relationships supporting equipment sales and assisting customers through the financing process. The anticipated application window will close on October 17 Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesSales & Customer DevelopmentProspect and develop new business opportunities through calls emails referrals social media and CRM-generated customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment leads quotes follow-up activities and sales outside sales representatives in growing market share and customer or exceed monthly and quarterly sales & Credit SupportAssist customers with credit applications and financing with finance partners and lenders to facilitate and communicate financing leasing and promotional deals through approval funding and delivery & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM social media and digital marketing initiatives including Facebook Marketplace TikTok and YouTube regular updates on sales activity pipeline development and CollaborationWork closely with sales service parts and management teams to ensure outstanding customer in product training and ongoing professional duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales business development customer service or a related customer-facing role. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication organizational relationship management and follow-up skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
