Bookkeeper

• Record and process journal entries using QuickBooks accounting software is required.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to verify account balances align with supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports including statements of financial position and income statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and providing detailed account analysis for management review.

• Must be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping and financial concepts.
• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes journal entries and account analysis.
• Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately for data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with payroll processing tax experience and budgeting procedures.

As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.

Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.

Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
