If you have 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience solid QuickBooks skills and a heart for client service - wed love to meet you.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients - data entry reconciliations and reporting
• Process and manage payroll with accuracy and compliance across applicable laws
• Prepare and file sales tax returns; stay current on state and local regulations
• Maintain general ledgers accounts receivable/payable and month-end closings
• Generate P&L statements balance sheets and cash flow reports
• Proactively offer financial insights to clients supporting their clarity and success
• Collaborate with the team on due dates and project movement

• 3 years as a full-charge bookkeeper or equivalent
• Strong bookkeeping payroll & sales tax compliance knowledge
• QuickBooks proficiency (ProAdvisor certification a plus)
• Experience serving small to mid-sized businesses
• Excellent communication & time management skills
• Independent learner who adapts to change
• Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation is a plus
• Positive humble spirit - loves serving clients & teammates
