Green Clean Commercial is seeking a Bookkeeper to support the daily financial operations of the company. This position will be responsible for financial data entry accounts payable accounts receivable billing support reconciliations record maintenance and administrative accounting functions within Quickbooks Online.

Job Details:
- Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
Annual Salary: $46000.00 - $51000.00 per year

What We Need:
A candidate with strong communication skills who is highly organized and able to develop strong relationships. This person must also be coachable driven and experienced in collaborating with different people and cultures.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree Preferred
- 1-3 years of bookkeeping accounting or office administration experience
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1Enter and maintain accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Process customer invoices and billing adjustments
- Apply customer payments and maintain customer records
- Process vendor invoices and accounts payable
- Prepare weekly vendor payment schedules
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports
- Assist with collection activities and payment follow-up
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
- Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting requests
- Support monthly reporting and special projects as assigned
