Booking Agent

Starting Pay: $400 per week uncapped commission

Sparta Networking is hiring Booking Agents to assist customers with travel reservations scheduling account updates and general booking questions.

This is a phone-based position where you will help customers review available options complete reservations make changes to existing bookings and answer routine questions.

Previous travel reservations or call center experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.

Day Shift
MondayFriday 9:45 AM5:00 PM

Evening Shift
MondayFriday 3:00 PM10:00 PM

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Assist customers with new and existing reservations
• Review booking and scheduling options
• Make updates to customer accounts
• Enter reservation details accurately
• Explain available services and next steps
• Document customer interactions
• Help resolve routine booking questions
• Escalate more complex requests when needed
• Provide professional and friendly service

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable assisting customers over the phone
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Reliable and organized
• Detail-oriented
• Professional attitude
• Ability to learn new systems and procedures
• Must be at least 18 years old

Previous experience in travel reservations hospitality customer service retail sales office support or a call center is a plus but not required.
