• Manage studio operations/studio walkthroughs
• Manage Studio Advisor scheduling
• Manage Studio Advisor time & attendance
• Manage inventory/sales reporting
• Studio Advisor hiring i.e. phone interviews & assist with In-person interviews
• Manage Studio Advisor onboarding
• Manage Studio Advisor written warnings and disciplinary documentation
• Oversee cleanliness of studios
• Manage studio audits
• Manage and conduct Studio Advisor performance reviews
• Must be available to work one weekend a month as Manager on Duty
• Must be available three times a week for team conference calls

• Ability to work in the studio; move about studio floors and rooms; review revise and create studio paperwork; communicate with employees members and the public
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• The employee occasionally sits walks kneels and reaches with hands and arms.

• While performing the duties of this job regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• The noise level in the environment is loud.
• The ability to work a varied schedule to support the needs of the business including frequent extended workdays and weekends and holidays may be required

• Must have a personal vehicle to travel between studios.
