Our collision center is growing and we are looking for an experienced dependable Body Shop Technician to join our team. The Body Shop Technician is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodies and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. This position requires attention to detail efficiency and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Perform body repairs including dent repair panel replacement and structural repairs
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle components
• Perform welding grinding sanding and metal finishing as needed
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
• Work closely with estimators and management to complete repairs efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Previous auto body repair experience required
• Ability to use body shop tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Welding and frame experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
