As a Body Shop Apprentice youll work side-by-side with experienced Body Shop Technicians learning the skills needed to repair and restore commercial trucks and buses. Through hands-on training and mentorship youll gain experience in collision repair structural repairs vehicle refinishing welding and manufacturer repair procedures while building a rewarding career with one of the premier commercial truck dealerships in the West.

What Youll Do

• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle disassembly reassembly and collision repairs.
• Learn body panel replacement dent repair structural repairs and refinishing preparation.
• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding masking cleaning and priming surfaces.
• Perform detailing and final vehicle preparation before customer delivery.
• Safely operate shop tools and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in manufacturer and company training programs to build your technical skills.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards while supporting the Body Shop team.

• Has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a skilled trade.
• Enjoys working with their hands and solving mechanical challenges.
• Has an interest in collision repair painting welding or vehicle restoration.
• Is dependable safety-minded and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
• Works well as part of a team and takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Has a valid drivers license.
• Previous automotive body shop construction fabrication or vocational school experience is a plusbut were willing to train the right candidate!
