Once a conditional offer is made and a background check has been completed if Redwood Family Care Network is concerned about a conviction that is directly related to the job we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of Summary:Provide ongoing consultation using principles of Applied Behavior implement write and maintain Behavior Support Plans as needed using the principles of Applied Behavior Functional Behavior Assessments as review and maintenance of data collection towards behavior plan ongoing training and provide ongoing support for direct service professionals home administrators program managers and other professionals as multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals in ongoing development and maintenance of behavior support :Regional Center Developmental Centers and ICF/DDDevelopmental DisabilitiesMental Health DiagnosesEnhanced Behavioral SupportsSkills:BCBA CertificationDevelopment and Implementation of Behavior Support PlansPerson-Centered approach to problem solvingAbilities:Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment with multiple inputs from various to independently gather information in making a to research topics or areas of specialty that are independently when limited supervision is clearly and effectively with othersEssential Functions:Attend meetings conferences and conduct trainings in support of staff in behavior support plan have reliable transportation when home circumstances require in-home ongoing supervision for RBT candidates and certificate holders as and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of behavior support plans and make changes as responsibilities are performed using a combination of in-person and indirect (remote) and Experience:Masters degree in related field preferred BCBA credential 3 years of designing and implementing behavior support with adults with developmental Requirements:The ability to lift 25 pounds ability to respond quickly to ability to see and respond to dangerous Requirements:This position will require a valid California ID or Drivers License. Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements including but not limited to background check physical required to drive candidate must possess proof of valid insurance and registration.
