Positive Behavior Health Developments (PBHD) is expanding and were looking for passionate driven and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of delivering life-changing services to children and families.

Active BCBA certification and Medicaid Provider (Required)

Strong assessment-writing and clinical documentation skills

Experience creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans

Effective communication with families RBTs and team members

Must speak read and write English proficiently

Spanish-speaking is a plus

Willingness to work as a contractor (1099 status)

Familiarity with ABA software systems (e.g. ABA Matrix CentralReach) a bonus

Client caseloads are manageable and designed with provider balance in mind

Excellent pay competitive rates based on experience. Hourly rate ranges from $80-$90 an hour.
