About our Company:

Simply Innovative Therapies is a School-Based Special Education agency specializing in behavior analytic and special education services for school districts across Long Island. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our services through school-based consultation and limited home-based supervision.


In this role the BCBA will provide consultative support to school teams and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in home settings. Home-based supervision occurs once per month per case as service hours are limited and dictated by school IEP mandates.

No assessments treatment plans or insurance authorizations are required for this position as these are not mandated by the funding source. This structure allows the BCBA to focus on clinical oversight collaboration with school teams and staff support without the administrative burden typically associated with insurance-based services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher in behavior social services or related field.
  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and NYS LBA license
  • Consistent access to reliable transportation.
  • Valid Drivers License and maintain a clean driving record and proof of insurance per the Companys insurance guidelines.
  • Pass background check and other regularly scheduled screening requirements per company guidelines.
  • Commitment to adhere to the ethical standards outlined by the Company and the governing board (BACB).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Adhere to weekly schedule expectations: Availability and willingness to work number of hours per week in line with employment status or caseload.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and FERPA laws.
  • Accurate and timely completion of all forms reports service/case notes evaluations disclosures permissions and documentation required by the Company and payers.
  • Adhere to established policies procedures and expectations outlined within employee manual (e.g. timekeeping attendance dress code).
  • Implement behavior plans and data collection with treatment integrity.
  • Provide modeling and training on behavior plans to staff and caregivers.
  • Maintain professionalism in all aspects of position/employment.
  • Receive and deliver feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Collaborate with peers and colleagues for betterment of the team department Company and field.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Provide Supervision to RBTs as required by the BACB and payers.
