As a BCBA at MedCare youll focus on quality client supervision hands-on intervention and mentorship. Our collaborative team values interdisciplinary input to drive meaningful client outcomes. Youll also have the opportunity tohelp shape our growing program alongside other disciplinesand mentorBehavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAsas you grow in your career.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field
- Current Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
- 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
