** Hybrid schedule - work Monday and Friday from home!! **
** $10000 sign-on bonus - $5000 after 90 days and the remaining $5000 after 6 months **
Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homes
Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populations
Train and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies de-escalation and best practices
Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards
Collaborate with home managers families and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long-term success
Active State of MichiganBCBA certification
Experience with adults with developmental disabilities mental health needs or dual diagnoses preferred
Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn)
Strong leadership training and communication skills
A compassionate patient-centered approach to care
