About the Role

As a BCBA at our Warrenton office you will:

• Mentorship: You come as in a leader in our organization and our team of RBTs need people who are passionate about the field like them.
  
• No Cookie Cutter Approach: As a BCBA you have a duty to approach each case individually so that our kiddos can really succeed.
  
• Collaborate: Our BCBAs collaborate daily and will provide and request input regularly. This is a large part of ABC Behaviors culture.

Responsibilities

What Were Looking For:

• Qualifications: Masters degree in behavior analysis or a related field with BCBA Certification.
  
• Skills: Experience with Motivity and Aloha systems is a plus. Strong time management conflict resolution skills and a passion for helping others are essential. An understanding of CPT codes will help you excel in this role.
