Were looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) whos as passionate about meaningful outcomes as they are about building trust with families and growing a team of rockstar RBTs.

This isnt a clipboard-and-go kind of job. Youll be mentoring creating collaborating-and yes changing lives every single day.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life not just on paper

• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs
• Work with families to set meaningful goals measure progress and celebrate wins

• Ensure ethical compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA

• Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight voice and vision

What Were Looking For:

• BCBA certification ( of course!)

• Experience working with children or teens with autism

• A heart for families and a head for data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication skills a sense of humor and a commitment to ethical care
