Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Yonkers, NY

Location: Westchester NY (Flexible Schedule 20-30 hours a week daytime shifts and afternoon shifts available)
Pay: $85.00$100.00 per hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing mission-driven team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality evidence-based ABA services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

The BCBA will play a key role in conducting assessments developing individualized treatment plans and providing clinical oversight to ensure the highest standard of care. This position requires strong clinical expertise leadership and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical quality and fidelity
• Supervise mentor and support RBTs and paraprofessionals
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed
• Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Design and adapt individualized programs based on assessment results and clinical data

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education settings
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
