We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families.

As a BCBA on our team youll play a vital role in delivering compassionate evidence-based ABA care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities

• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

• Providing direct supervision caregiver training and family support

• Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent high-quality care

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions

• Maintaining accurate timely and HIPAA-compliant documentation

• Delivering services in-person with opportunities for telehealth sessions when appropriate

• Staying informed on current research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis

• Active BCBA Certification

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

• Active LBA licensure in Illinois (IL LBA) and (MO LBA) required

• Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills

• Empathy patience and a commitment to client-centered care

• CPR Certification preferred

• HIPAA Compliance Training

• Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)

• Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs kneel sit on the floor etc.)
