A brand-new privately owned ABA clinic is opening in Cordova TN and theyre looking for a BCBA who wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level and have a real impact on culture clinical quality and how services are delivered.

What BCBAs are looking for:

Small caseload (8-12 clients)

25 billable hours/week

Clinic-based only (no home sessions)

Monday-Friday schedule 8 AM-5 PM

Collaboration with an on-site SLP and OT

Direct access to ownership and leadership

A clinician-focused environment not a large corporate chain

Compensation & Benefits:

$85K-$100K base salary

Performance bonuses

$3000 sign-on bonus

CEU support and ongoing mentorship

Client population:

Ages 18 months to 6 years with an early intervention focus.
