You will join a team who loves what they do andisexcited to grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration with Speech OT and PTnot just shared clients on paper but real shared will know your colleagues and they will know you.

Day to day you can expect to design and oversee ABA programs conductassessmentsand program reviews supervise and develop your RBT team and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is built to give you the space to doall ofthis wellup to10clients sized for quality care rather than volume. Notes and indirect tasks can be handled fromhomeso your clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration.

Compensation

Salary ($82000$90000/year).Wellwalk through thedetailsso you understand exactly what your comp looks like. Bilingual Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!
