Job Summary

A leading behavioral health organization in Colorado Springs is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing clinical team.

The successful candidate will provide ethical evidence-based behavioral services while working collaboratively with children families and clinical staff. Services may be delivered in-center in-home and within community settings.

This role offers a supportive environment focused on trauma-informed care professional growth collaboration and positive client outcomes.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Compensation: $80000 - $100000 annually.



Requirements

Active BCBA Certification (Required)

Masters Degree in Psychology Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education or related field

Experience conducting behavioral assessments

Experience developing and managing treatment plans

Strong communication and family engagement skills

Clinical supervision experience preferred

Valid drivers license preferred

Experience with Vineland VB-MAPP ABLLS and AFLS assessments is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
