The Role:
SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative energetic BCBA whos passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home school and community settings with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming including parent training and social skills groups.
What Youll Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
Implement naturalistic play-based interventions in natural environments
Partner with families as true collaborators (not just trainers)
Coach parents caregivers and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups parent groups and community-based programming)
Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings
Youre a Great Fit If You Have:
Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Required: Michigan state licensure
Required: Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
Passion for neurodiversity-affirming ethical ABA practice
Early childhood development expertise
