The Role:

SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative energetic BCBA whos passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home school and community settings with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming including parent training and social skills groups.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans

• Implement naturalistic play-based interventions in natural environments

• Partner with families as true collaborators (not just trainers)

• Coach parents caregivers and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies

• Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups parent groups and community-based programming)

• Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings

Youre a Great Fit If You Have:

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Required: Michigan state licensure

• Required: Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field

• Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching

• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming ethical ABA practice

• Early childhood development expertise
