Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and educational teams within a highly supportive school district. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment intervention planning consultation and staff training to promote positive student outcomes and support individualized educational goals.

Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification/License at the time of submission
- Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide behavioral consultation to teachers administrators and support staff.
- Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data.
- Train school personnel on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams parents and educational staff.
- Support students with behavioral developmental and social-emotional needs.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
