JOB SUMMARY
TheBMX RaceProgram Supervisor will oversee continually develop grow and manage theBMX RaceProgramat Woodward aspects of theBMX RaceProgram includingstaffdailyresponsibilitiesanddevelop a funinteractive environment for BMX RaceProgram Supervisorwill support the marketingcontent anddevelopment of theBMX RaceProgram sponsorship supervisor will help supportthe overallBMX Raceindustry relationships and developments.
This position willbe responsiblefor the day-to-day operations involved in running theBMX Race includes all scheduling facilitating mandatory sessions clinics events andsupervising all staff within the BMX RaceProgram Supervisor willaid with parent-camper communications as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit train and develop staff
Supervise10-50coaches counselors and zone coaches by scheduling directing and reviewing performance
Execute proper disciplinary action if deemed necessary
Support in leadership roles including cabin checks orientation registration and meetings
Execute theBMX RaceProgramming Playbook including but not limited to camper scheduling progression curriculum and sport programs/events
Continuously create and diversify theBMX RaceProgram to implement new ideas competitions and work practices
Provide unique perspectives and feedback that aid in the development of theBMX RaceProgram
Support in VIP hospitality program
Routine safety inspections reporting and cleaning as assigned
Provide feedback to evaluate and evolve the facilities
Support in content capture for key programming events; weekly camp awards sports specific contests and programming
Provide unique perspectives and feedback that aid in the development of BMX Race
Carry out the Woodward Guest Services standards Be Safe Be Friendly Be Helpful Be Proud.
Support operational departments incarrying out the Woodward mission in creating a safe and fun environment for all campers

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent
Experience in action sports coaching required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite comfortable presenting and deploying new technologies.
Demonstrated broad technical knowledge of management techniques.
Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments to work as part of a team.
Provide work related references upon request
Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred 3 years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
Some college preferred
Preferred experience in leadership
Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Capabilities: bend twist push pull stand lift 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.
Adhere to all workplace safety practices expectations and guidelines.
