Pay Range: $60000 - $213000 annually depending on experience

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for aBMW Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach VA!

What we offer:

• Opportunity for 60 hours per week
• Yearly retention bonus paid right before the holidays
• 70% customer pay work with a 1.9X warranty to customer pay conversion rate
• 3.6 average hours per RO
• Weekly cash spiffs
• Clean organized and cataloged special tool room to ensure you spend less time looking for a tool and more time turning hours

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid drivers license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Major violations in the last 3 years such as DUI or Reckless Driving will disqualify candidates.
