iCrash Collision a proud member of the Kniesels Collision family is seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily repair operations and help drive shop performance. This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the repair process while maintaining the highest standards of quality safety and customer satisfaction.

As a Production Manager you will work closely with technicians estimators parts personnel and leadership to coordinate workflow maximize productivity and ensure repairs are completed on time and according to OEM and Kniesels standards. Youll serve as a coach and mentor to estimating/production team fostering accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Schedule: MondayFriday

Pay Range: $70350 $110000 per year
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience skills qualifications and business needs.

3 years of collision estimating blueprinting production management or body shop leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of collision repair processes including estimating blueprinting repair planning parts management and quality control
Strong understanding of insurance guidelines and DRP processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple repair vehicles and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with CCC ONE Nexsyis or similar systems preferred
Ability to analyze production metrics and drive performance improvements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Commitment to maintaining OEM repair standards safety procedures and Kniesels quality expectations
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
